Donald Taylor
Don has officiated football for twenty-seven seasons. Twenty-six seasons at the High School level, five seasons at Community College level, seven seasons at the Division 1AA level, and six seasons at the Division 1A level in the Officials Developmental Program. Over the years Don's passion became training and development of officials which led to the Southern California Football Officials Clinic (SCFOC). The SCFOC has assisted in the training of football officials nationwide. Our alumni are working in a vast majority of NCAA Conferences and in the National Football League. Michael Marsh lives in Long Beach, California with his wife Lisa and has just completed his tenth year in the PAC-12 Conference.
